Saudi Invest In Lebanon May Double To SAR20B In 2 Yrs-Report

BEIRUT (Zawya Dow Jones)--Saudi investments in Lebanon are expected to double to more than 20 billion Saudi riyals ($5.33 billion) in two years if security in the country remains stable, pan-Arab daily Al Hayat reported Saturday. Investments from the Gulf countries are expected to grow to more than SAR50 billion, the paper reported, citing Abdul Muhsin Al Hokair, head of the saudi Lebanese business council. More than one million tourists from the Gulf countries are expected to visit Lebanon this summer and most of them, around 500,000, will be from Saudi Arabia, Hokair said according to the paper.
